Chapter 3
SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Summary

This paper attempted to explain the advantages of Anxiety.

The research design used in this study is the descriptive method wherein data from documents, articles, books, and other research papers found in the internet were used to answer the research questions posed. The research findings are the following:


1. Motivation results to fix the problem as possible. People get through with anxiety as an advantage, it serve as a protection for themselves.

2. These are the benefits that a person with anxiety can have. Highly conscientious, honest, detail oriented, performance driven, socially responsible, self-controlled 


Conclusion.

People suffers due to their anxiety disorder. Many take a look at it on a dark side. Hence, there are things why a person have this disorder. And probably, they are born to live it. And no one will never know that having this order may lead into a brighter side. 

Recommendations



After drawing conclusions of the study, the researcher hereby makes the following suggestions/recommendations:
1. People should look anxiety on a bright side. Many always look at it on a bad situation. Its not always a negative effect to people.

2.People should research more about anxiety. what are the effects of it, how anxiety can help people to express their selves and to showcase their personality behind a disorder they are having.

What are positive side effects of anxiety ?


Definition of Anxiety.


Anxiety from its definition according to Dictionary is (a) "state of uneasiness or tension caused by apprehension of possible future misfortune, danger, etc; worry" ; (b) "a state of intense apprehension or worry often accompanied by physical symptoms such as shaking, intense feelings in the gut, etc, common in mental illness or after a very distressing experience
common mental illness characterized by feelings of nervousness worry and fear. However anxiety can  also conveys positive effects that help people deal with inevitable negative issues that happen in everyday life. These factors will be the topic of this discussion. 


II Benefits of Anxiety


 Positive effects of anxiety include alerting people to impending danger, according to the Anxiety Support Network. " Its distressing for people when a certain things can prevent negative costs for anxiety. Anxiety can warn them to leave or ignore conditions that cause tempers to flare and result in arguments or physical conflict. People also might realize they should avoid walking down a street or near a location where trouble might await them, such as an area where criminal activity might take place. Bothersome thoughts create the anxiety that helps people steer clear of potential harmful situations"

For a deeper understanding, People might feel uncomfortable when certain situations be a result and can take avoiding action and negative concerns because of anxiety. People can prepared for certain situations such as danger. it can protect them for a harmful things and be alert of what anything can happen. 

A. Motivation 

People are motivated to do things not just because they want to. Hence there are reasons why people do certain things. Some people use motivation as an anxiety treatment. And some people define Anxiety is motivational if it is sculpted towards a constructive and positive outcome

In the article entitled "Positive effects of Anxiety" written by Jerry Shaw. This articles tells that "Anxiety produces motivation". People are motivated to do things to resolve the problem quickly. But many people use their anxiety as an advantage to protect themselves.

Anxiety is not just a disorder, sometimes its a part of a person's personality that serves a treatment that can develop things and be alert to have safety. 

B. Associates with some wonderfully adaptive stuff.

There are some things that people cant learn or cannot explain if its natural or not. But it  measure adaptive behavior that people can notice from time to time. There are several adaptive stuff that a person may have. Qualities we never know when having an anxiety. 

In the article entitled "Positive traits seen in anxiety disorders" by Tracy Foose. Tells that  Highly conscientious, honest, detail oriented, performance driven, socially responsible, self-controlled is the qualities that the patients have.

Means that, Its a call for people s not to look anxiety in a bad way, but to look anxiety in a better way. Because not all things are made to think negative. There are things that people don't know. its up to them if they will believe at common things or research more to know more. 


C. Physiological Arousal 

Physiological Arousal is a type of  physical and psychological excitation  its one of the effects that people with anxiety have. based on its definition, it not good. but if you will look further at the end, there is an advantage why people are having this.


In the article entitled "Positive Effects of Anxiety" by Anonymous author. It tells that, when a person is having an Physiological Arousal "typically this means that the anxious person is shaking in his or her arms or legs, sweating, breathing heavily, and perhaps experiencing a rapid heartbeat, among many other anxiety effects" its a symptom that runs out of control. but in the end, people experiencing it may lead to physically emotional and a stronger person

Background of the Study.

Anxiety is an emotion considered as pressure. It is a part of every day life. As people live in the world outside, it is what people experience from time to time. Because people already adopt this kind of feeling as they grow up. Most would recognize feelings of tension and fear. A lot of situations like public speaking in the class, often usually get nervous because of pressure. It’s hard to calm down when  in front of a crowd where everybody gets their attention.

In this article entitled “Social Anxiety Disorder”  by Jo. It states that, Anxiety is something that people usually encounter in our everyday activities. It affects their natural routine.  It usually begin when men and women starts their adolescence stage.

According to Jo Many people with social anxiety disorder will also have another mental health problem” means that social anxiety may cause a health problem

Anxiety plays a big part of every human condition as some people think. They have their own definition on what anxiety is. In different field of study such as science, dictionary, psychology and even in theology. 

Another article, entitled “The Prisoner of Stress” by Louis Menand. Its stated that In related with theology, their own perception of anxiety is conscience, guilt and original sin. In some school anxiety known as the reaction of stress. And even in the modern life it can lead to a bad direction.

Anxiety is interpreted as a reaction to the stress and uncertainty of modern life” Some schools in sociology and cultural theory has their own interpretation of anxiety.

Drugs affect most of the body which should be protected, because there are several things that drugs may cause. Not just physically but it can mentally and emotionally damage.Such as Anti-anxiety drugs may lead into an increased risk of death. Because the more drugs will be use, the more tension and pressure what a person feel as time pass. 

Last article entitled Anti-Anxiety Drugs Tied to Higher Mortality by Nicholas said that, for seven years, A research conducted that people who use drugs have the highest possibility may lead into death. Health and other behavioral characteristics such as smoking, alcohol use and socioeconomic status.

 I prescribe these drugs, and they are difficult to come off. The less time you spend on them the better.”


There are plenty  disadvantage that anxiety may lead and may consider as known commonly. However the researcher observe that there are also benefits that anxiety may cause.   

The information provided in this paper is important because knowing the importance of anxiety will allow the reader to discover the positive side effects. Furthermore, having knowledge about anxiety will help the reader to be aware to any situation that may happen.  

The purpose of this paper is to explain the benefits of anxiety. 

B. Statement of the problem

Specifically, it attempts to answer the following questions:

1. What are positive side effects of anxiety ?

C. Significance of the Study.

People with Anxiety. The study will help to understand them. It will be beneficial  to them because they will know more about this paper and will help them to find cure, what should be avoided and what they should to on their disorder

Researchers. Their knowledge will be expanded because of the new discovering. It can solve many problems that a researcher wants to seek, wants to observe and wants to prove.

Psychologists.  It will help to understand deeper facts and information about the researched paper. And it can help to their jobs as well. To know more what people think, what people do and what people are.

D. Scope and Delimitation.

The study will be focus on what people doesn’t know about anxiety. How people with anxiety suffers, positive side of anxiety, how it could affect and effect people and reasons behind their behavior.

The study does not cover the deeper definition of Anxiety, The negative side of anxiety and everything that is commonly known by many.

E. Materials and Methods.

The researcher collected various data consist of different articles from online sources. The researcher used the sources to gather facts and information  to summarize it. For the people  to make it more simple and easy to understand.
